Dhār collects the least personal data necessary to operate the archive and contribution queue. Visitor analytics, if used, should be privacy-preserving and avoid advertising trackers.

Submission forms state what information is collected and retained. Uploaded files are held in a private review queue until approved. Sensitive material should not be sent through ordinary web forms when safer channels are required.
