Corrections & Updates

Every substantive correction records what changed, when, why, and whether a central finding changed. Reports and datasets receive version numbers. Withdrawn records retain an internal audit trail and, when safe, a public withdrawal notice.

To request a correction, use the Contribute form and choose “Correction”, or contact the editorial team. Correction requests receive a reference number and editorial review.
