Dhār is an independent archive. Editorial decisions are not sold. Funders, if any, do not determine what is documented, how it is verified, or when a record is withheld for safety.

At launch the project is editorially independent and not a government, party, or campus communications channel. Future grants or donations will be listed here, including the source and any conditions that affect the public record.

Dhār does not accept funding that requires suppression, distortion, or exclusive political alignment. Questions about independence can be sent through the Contact page.
